Can I return an item?
RedCarded Promotions will accept any returned merchandise for full refund or replacement; as long as the merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was received by the customer. Returns must be made with in 30 days from the purchase date.
NO returns will be accepted for personalized or co-branded merchandise, UNLESS customer receives damaged merchandise during shipping.
